John from Haller came to diagnose and fix our toilet. It ended up needing a new flapper and flow valve etc. He needed to go out and buy the parts since he had just used the last one he had on a previous job. Once he returned, it only took him a short amount of time to finish the job. He explained everything he did and was polite. I would recommend John as a plumber and Haller. I am a member of Haller’s One Call club and I have used them for Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical services.

The technician did a thorough job in analyzing the situation and making appropriate repairs. And he took the time to ensure that I understood what was happening and that the repairs would resolve the problem.

Highly recommended! Unlike my previous old home pipes, this company is a well oiled machine. Called first thing in the morning (before my cup of coffee) and spoke to a very nice lady, who got me scheduled that day for a plumber to come out and remove the roots in my water line. Daniel and Darius were awesome, they explained everything as they were going through the process clearly. All in all great experience

These guys are clean, reliable, and professional. They replaced my entire HVAC, when it broke, my water heater, when that broke, and they fixed clog in my kitchen sink when too many egg shells went down the disposal and clogged it. They come in and check stuff out every six months and the guy they send is always nice. They are still great.

We have a hybrid water heater that Haller installed 2/2025. We love it. 3/2026 it began to beep. We learned it was the reminder for yearly service. Brian L. Was the tech and did a great job doing the yearly service. I went to see how things were going and he was packing up to leave. All of sudden the water heater beep! I said to Brian L. that he needs to turn off the service warning beeping. The response was, “I don’t know how to do that.” Seems he was going to leave without taking care of it. So, I pointed out the toll free number to the manufacturer that’s on the water heater and handed him the installation/instruction book and said, “let’s figure this out.” He did, only because I happen to hear it beeping.

Haller and Jonathan continue to meet our expectations to ensure our HVAC system functions properly.

When I requested a call back from Haller, they called me back within five minutes.Brandon was at our house after the time that I requested because I wouldn't have been home before that specific time. Very accommodating. Gave us tips as to where we go after his assessment of our kitchen ceiling. After demo of our ceiling, we will be calling Haller back to fix the leak.Would highly recommend Haller. We also used them for a hot water heater installation a few years back.

Vincent visited our home today and did a thorough, detailed inspection of our well pump, water heater, and whole house plumbing. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. So far, well worth our membership in the Haller maintenance program. Throughout the process he provided detailed explanations and homeowner education. He confirmed what is in good condition, and what needs attention or replacement. He took several photographs to be included in his native report. He also conducted water quality testing for iron content, pH, and hardness before and after the water softener. We're in our 19th year in this home, and are interested in keeping ahead of problems. Vincent identified a few issues that need professional attention, and some that can be corrected by DIY maintenance, also suggesting some improvements to currently installed plumbing components. We will ask for Vincent whenever we need service from Haller.
