We had been having air conditioning issues for a couple years where we had to fix it multiple times a year. We discussed the issues with our current air conditioning repair company who said the problem was the ac was getting near end of life and was struggling to keep the house cool when it got hot out. We asked them to give us a quote to replace the system. The person who came out only wanted to sell us on heat pumps and a lower quality air conditioner than what we had. So we contacted Haller to come out to give us a second opinion. One of their sales people ( Alex Steffy) came out looked at our current system and provided us with a variety of options to address our issue. He was very professional knowledgeable and polite. He explained why we had issues and how we should possibly remedy them. He provided 3 separate quotes outlining exactly what what equipment we would be getting and the cost for each option. The installation was done quickly and professionally by two gentlemen. The even offered a 5 year warranty though Haller in addition to the 10 year warranty by carrier. They may be a bit more expensive but I believe the service and care your get from them is worth the extra money.

We had an issue with what looked like a tiny drip in the basement, but Nathan who was amazing (friendly, caring and very professional) spent the necessary time checking out all the area. He found a bird had built a nest in the dryer outside vent causing this crazy scenario. He found it and fixed it that same day. 100% satisfied from this service.

1 – I can't believe how fast and easy it was to get an appointment. 2 – I love that they confirm the apt. 3 – I appreciate that they sent a text with the ETA of the technician, let me track how soon he'll be here so I can prepare the dogs, and give me a picture of what he'll look like. That is awesome. 4 – got us up and running again in record fast time. I completely and totally recommend Haller!!

Scheduled an estimate for what we thought would be a complicated fix. Arrived on time, pleasant, thoroughly assessed the situation, made his professional recommendations, and didn’t try to upsell me on any extra repairs that weren’t urgent, and actually let us know that the wiring situation didn’t require an expensive replacement or re-wiring, just someone comfortable with that specific wiring and hardware layout. Would call them again.

Nicholas examined the damage, informed me of the required action and the initial cost for the leak detection, Then he proceeded to explain what he needed to do. He went about his business competently and efficiently. He maintained good communication during and after his work.

Mark came and adjusted the setting on our water softener that were effected by a power outage in our area. He was prompt, pleasant and explained how things were done.

Shawn was excellent as diagnosing a problem that was not previously identified by other technicians. He explained it very clearly and was doing so in our best interest. He was not pushy or come off as “a salesman”, just letting us know what the issue was. I will definitely be requesting him to do all future maintenance and repairs!
