1st of all this was a weekend appt, I didn't know that the prices differ, anyways the service man came, he (Jason) gave me up front pricing for everything, he was very respectful, 30 min worth of work and 542$ later out the door, people listen to what I'm about to tell ya, IF AT ALL THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND YOU HAVE THE TOOLS TO DO IT , THEN I SUGGEST THAT U DO,, these prices will not be coming down, only going up, so with that being said , IM GOING BACK TO SCHOOL TO LEARN SO THAT I CAN DO IT MYSELF!!!!

The technician, Adam, was excellent. He explained what the problems were, and showed me the problems on my outdoor fan. He was very patient and polite. I am hard of hearing, so he spoke louder. He fixed everything, and thought of solutions that had not been mentioned to me before – like using a 2" filter instead of a 1" filter to possibly cut down on filter changes (since I cannot change them myself). He also explained how the $24/month plan worked, and set me up for that when I decided to go with it. He answered all my questions. Adam is an excellent Haller employee.

We called to schedule a future appointment assuming they would be booked and they had an opening for today from 12-5 !! Then I received a text from Trenton that he could make it earlier and if I was available and I sure was. The service was really great, he was very kind and professional. He explained everything throughly and answered all our questions. He was able to quickly clear a clog and spent extra time trying to make sure the job in our bathroom was done correctly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing and boiler issues.
