Don Humenik was our technician. He came with another technician, I think his name was Larry though did not get a last name. I could not ask for a more professional, helpful and friendly experience. We just moved into our house which had one prepaid maintenance visit left from the previous owners. They honored that last maintenance check and so there was no fee to us. That says a lot about how they do business. Because of that, and reinforced by Don and Larry, I signed onto their yearly maintenance agreement. I feel like I finally have a trustworthy, competent, and fairly priced company to work with. Other companies I’ve dealt with in the past have hit one or two of those, maybe good to work with but really expensive. I feel like Haller hits all the marks.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the experience we had with Haller from the very beginning. We needed a complete air-conditioning hybrid heating system removed and replaced, which consisted of a heat pump and furnace. Everything that the salesman, Teddy, told us would be taken care of was done so and more. Three technicians, Kaz, Mike and X from Haller completed this monster job in one day. The work was performed expertly, professionally, and on time!!! They did a fantastic job and were very polite, extremely knowledgeable and respectful!!!
