Contacted Haller due to flooding in our basement. Was able to get appointment the same day. Eliezer was very professional and quick to figure out the source of the flooding. Quoted us the cost and what is needed to be done. He quickly went to work and unclogged our pipe that was causing the problem. Would recommend Haller for their 24 hour on call service and Eliezer for doing a great job.

Mr. Keck (Thor) is the consummate professional. He installed a single-phase whole home surge protector and grounding system. Given the violent storms we get in this area during the summer, this was well worth the investment. His passion for doing the job right comes through in everything he did to make our home safer from a catastrophic electrical strike. My wife is a former home inspector, and she asked very detailed questions. Mr Keck answered every one of them. His knowledge is sincere as opposed to a sales pitch. We would gladly use Mr. Heck’s services again.

During a yearly pre heat system maintenance visit a problem was noticed with the Emergency heat unit. It was ordered and replaced and is now working after a period of troubleshooting. Turned out one of the coils was touching the side of the housing causing one of the breakers to trip. Mistah Williams stuck with it and discovered and fixed the issue. Nicely done!
