Contracted with Haller to replace burned out bathroom ceiling light/exhaust fan/heater. Joshua was ahead on his schedule and arrived to our job early which was good. He quickly assessed our job and worked diligently to complete the task in about two hours. My wife and I were impressed with Joshua's pleasant demeanor and efficiency. We will return to Haller for our next home repair or service.

Justin was on time and did the job quickly. Thankfully my heater was not broken, so it wasn't a big job but I appreciated him taking the time to fix my air filter as it was stuck and he put a new one in and made a little tab on it for easy pull out.

We have received service visits from two of Haller’s service technicians, and in each case, the tech was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Deana was the first technician to come to our aid on a day when it seemed like our AC unit had died, and, of course, this happened in the middle of August during what was the first hot spell of the year. I was sure we were looking at needing to have the unit replaced then and there, but she managed to resuscitate the old unit and had us cooling off by later that evening. Jared, the next tech to visit us managed to clean up our unit and increase its efficiency even further, and while we know we’ll have to replace it soon, Haller at least managed to get us through the hottest part of the year with our existing AC unit. And when it is time to replace it, you can be assured that we’ll trust Haller with that, as well. We’re expecting another maintenance visit today, and hopefully we’ll get a better sense of when we need to schedule that installation., but we wanted to add a review of the experiences we’ve already had with this. Company, and say, “Thanks, Haller!” 30OCT26 – we just had another visit from a Haller Enterprises Service Technician, as before, right in time, courteous to a fault, and quick and efficient. Everything you want in a service visit. Plus one thing that makes it the ideal visit: we have a Service Plan with them, so today’s visit, which would typically run $117, was completely free of charge! My advice? Sign up for the same plan, it covers so many parts of your house that naturally age and wear with time.

Although Nate was here for routine maintenance of my heat pump system, he observed during the service that my water heater’s expansion tank was leaking. Even though it was just installed about a year ago, it had sprung a leak in the bottom. Nate replaced the expansion tank with a new one. Everything was under warranty or is covered by my annual membership. Therefore it didn’t cost me anything today. Nate did an excellent, excellent job. Haller is fortunate to have employees like Nate!

Tabish the Tech from Haller was extremely courteous and resourceful in his approach and diagnosis of how to clean/repair our underground landscape drainage pipe. He was very open and honest about his recommendation on how to make a necessary repair for the long term vs a short-term fix. It would also be substantially more cost effective than he could provide. Thank you Tabish and Haller!!

Vincent replaced our hot water heater. He worked his tail off. Did a fabulous job. Kept us informed every step of the way. Stayed well past the end of his workday to make sure everything was working, and fix a leak he found in our water pipe once he was finished. Even fixed the vent system because the plumbers who installed our original water heater, had too long of a run of pipework installed at the wrong angle, and he wanted to make sure that didn't effect our new water heaters performance or safety. This was our third encounter with Vincent, he has been great at every service.

Huge thanks to Darius from Haller Enterprises! He came out for a clogged main line and took care of me. He was kind, professional, and confident in his skills. Highly recommend!

Informative regarding service plans and cleaning needs of our mini splits. Considering we haven't serviced them in 5 years the pricing was very affordable.
