A large tree limb fell on our power line during a storm and damaged the weather head and service cable. Thor Keck was our Electrician from Haller. I can’t express how good of a job he did. He is definitely an expert in his field with a lot of experience and is a great guy to interact with. He quickly identified everything that needed to happen and gave a true estimate about how much time it was going to take. He stayed calm and cool when things were challenging. He went above and beyond to complete the job and stayed all night to ensure it was done so we could get power back. He communicated with the electrical company and an independent inspector as well which took a burden off of me. Words can’t express how pleased I am with his work and would definitely recommend him for any electrical work that needs to be done. I’ll sure be requesting him in the future for any work I need done.
