A big shout out to Austin Black for his commitment and professionalism for maintenance service on our air conditioner unit. Austin spent unplanned time at the house due to a need to change out the vinyl tubing from the pump to sewer drain due to flattening of the tubing. Austin thoroughly explained all services performed, his concern with the tubing and spent time answering several questions I had. The gentleman that came Jesse B to look at the reason the furnace wasn't working took time to show me and explain all the things he found by using a camera. We decided to purchase a new furnace and setup the installation. The ( 2DS ) I called them both had names started with Ds. We're very knowledgeable and explained everything they were going to do. They were very careful moving things in and out of the house and Covered the floors. Did a very neat and clean job. I would recommend Hallers to anyone.

The technician Nicholas showed up on time as all Haller technicians do! We needed a leak fixed under our kitchen sink and a new faucet installed. The leak was coming from the garbage disposal and asked him if it could be taken out and replace just with plumbing for that side of the sink.
