Hi there we just had our furnace fix by Ron B. Awesome job! Very educational and help to explain how things work. I hope that he is your top guy and the hrs he puts in and like a non replaceable person. They broke the mold when he was born:) Not to many guyes would give that many hrs all the time:) He also help us understand that once he puts in a work order and knows nothing after that only when the parts come in and are shiped to the main office. That's where I was having a melt down? No heat since Sunday the 1st 2am. till today Tuesday 4:00 ish? nice and warm yeah!!! Not even sure if in the future the place where you order parts could talk to you more to at least know when the parts would be delivered? My husband and I are very very happy! Thanks Ron B.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This review should have come early but better late than never. I can’t say enough good things about Board Heating. My cooling system went out right before a get-together this August, and I was honestly stressed. From the very first call, everything felt handled. Traci, the company secretary, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She really went out of her way to get me an early appointment and kept communication clear and reassuring the whole time.

The technicians arrived right on time, which I truly appreciated, and they were professional, respectful, and efficient. They quickly figured out the issue, explained things clearly, and got the system fixed without any hassle. The work was done well, and the pricing was very affordable, especially considering how quickly they came through for me.

I’m genuinely grateful for how smooth the whole experience was. Board Heating showed up when it mattered, did an amazing job, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again and again.

Very knowledgeable technician. Did a complete service on our oil fired furnace and checked the A/C condenser outside. Took the exhaust pipe off and found an issue. Left and got the parts he needed to repair it. Very reasonable cost for the service and the repair. This is our first oil fired anything and he took the time to educate me on what I needed to look for and do as a homeowner. He also didn’t push a service contract very hard. I would recommend.
