Haller Beyond the Enterprise: How it All Began

It’s easy to think that Haller Enterprises is just a group of highly skilled technicians who know their way around plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. But Haller Enterprises is a whole lot more than that. This year, we celebrate our 40th year in business, and our 40th year of enriching the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.

Our Founding Story

Founded by Rick Haller in 1981, Haller Enterprises began with just one man, his van, and a whole lot of gumption. Since then, we’ve grown into a company of nearly 400 employees and five locations, serving homes and businesses in central and eastern Pennsylvania. In addition to home services, our new construction team has grown to help remodel and build many local buildings that make up our landscapes.

What We Care About Most

But those hard facts don’t tell the whole story. Haller Enterprises was founded not just to grow a successful business, but also to improve our communities and to enrich lives.

Haller in the Community

Our mission is to enrich lives, and we do this through our Haller community initiatives. We support charities, foundations, and institutions that work towards the health, happiness, and wellbeing of the areas we serve. 

We are an active member of our community, partnering with organizations like the Lancaster Barnstormers and participating in local community events. We also believe it’s our responsibility to give back to our community, and one way we bring this to life is through our Gift of Heat program, which delivers and instals a new heating system for someone in need.

Our values are at the core of who we are. We strive to conduct our business and serve you with integrity, honesty, and respect. We treat your home or business the way we would treat our own, and we value your safety and health as we join in the fight against COVID-19.  

In turn, we’ve focused even more on our safety protocol, which we enact on every service call. Whether through our technician and employee safety requirements, new contactless service, or Remote Assist and other remote service offerings, we are here to ensure the highest degree of safety and hygiene when we help with your home. Where We’re Going

With all of this hard work backing us, we’re pushing onward to the big goals we hope to accomplish in the future. We are constantly focused on innovative and creative ideas that will continue to enrich the lives of our customers, with easier solutions for everything like online scheduling, remote assistance, quoting accuracy and transparency, industry-leading guarantees, membership plans and more. All of this will help to make for the best possible experience for our customers.
