First time calling Haller for an electrical issue and ultimately a light replacement. Was given an appointment the next day, which I truly appreciated! The person that I spoke with to schedule the appointment was wonderful! And, Jason, the electrician was very knowledgeable about my situation and gave me two possible solutions. I picked one and he had the new light installed in no time! Will definitely call Haller again for future electrical needs. Thank you!

I've been using Haller Enterprises for a couple of years now, from purchasing a new heating and AC system from them and having them install it to doing maintenance through the current time. The system installation went without a hitch and was done to where the basement was left in pristine condition. They've always been great. More than great! Timely and tidy & super competent!

Annual preventative maintenance was easy to schedule when it fit best for me. The Haller rep arrived timely and was very professional. He reviewed his findings with me at the end and gave me plenty of time to ask any questions that I had. There were no hidden up charges or recommendations of expensive "added" services that weren't needed. I trust Haller for a quality job at a fair price and fully recommend them.

Water heater service

Technician arrived early, was extremely pleasant and courteous. Work was done quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We have used Haller for 20 years and enthusiastically recommend them!

Nevin performed his tasks @ hand with,precision, perfection, performance, professionalism & punctuality… Additionally , we will tell our friends & family about Haller & there professionalism….& Most important is that they are reasonably priced…. that is a big big deal! And to top it off was the tech Nevin!!! Dude knows his s#©¥ ! I kinda hung out with him during the job & in that short amount of time I picked up some pointers! 1st Pointer was how to measure connecting copper wire…..2nd…process of elimination…easy to say … but…..Nevin nailed it with his model of patience attitude… If we have issues in the future, which of course will occur, we will be asking for Nevin !

Jared was on time and friendly. He performed a quick and thorough maintenance check and gave some recommendations about future issues so that we’d be prepared.

I called about the advertised $89 drain-cleaning special for a kitchen sink that was running slowly. After two technicians arrived in separate vans, they told me the special only covered main drains and quoted me $489 to $1,200. If kitchen sinks were excluded, that should have been explained when I scheduled the appointment, not after the technicians showed up. This felt like a bait and switch, and I wouldn’t recommend them. A waste of my time and theirs! UPDATE: Jason, the Senior Plumbing Team Leader, called me later that evening and apologized for the communication breakdown. He explained that the $89 ad had been worded too vaguely about what the special included. He offered to come back personally and clear my kitchen sink at no charge, which he did the next day. While inspecting the drain with a camera, he found significant buildup and two tight 90-degree PVC fittings that prevented the camera from going farther. He recommended replacing them with sweeping bends for a reasonable additional price. Even just running the camera improved the drain, and I appreciated Jason’s follow-up and willingness to honor my original request. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of his follow-up and communication. He’s a good guy, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Haller Enterprise again for service. Any company can make a mistake; what matters is how they respond to it.
