Today, Michael Baird and his partner, David, removed an old water heater and installed a new Bradford White electric water heater.
They had to work in a rather small corner of my laundry room. However, Mike was able to move my dryer out of the way…AND he cleaned out the vent pipe! Arrived at our home to do the plumbing work that Haller quoted. It was a very full day for Joel as we wanted all the 1971 copper pipe in our house replaced with new pex pipe. Joel did a very neat job in replacing all the pipe. He started at 9 was completed by 5 long day.

Our sump pump had an unplanned self-deconstruction. We found this out actually during an estimate for A/C and furnace replacement as the gfi was screaming for attention. They were able to plan it for the next day replacement. Updated the gfi also to one easier to assess. Quite competent and friendly employee came out and managed the situation the next morning.
