Our AC went out early July, and the temperature inside the house approached 90 degrees. The company that installed the unit would be unable to come out to fix it until the end of July. We called around to a bunch of places, finally landing on Haller. They sent someone out within a couple of hours. Justin, the tech who responded to the emergency request, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a detailed estimate. Our AC was back up and running within the hour. Very appreciative of the dispatcher who fielded our request and of great Justin’s work.

Another technician, Mistah, came out to our house recently for maintenance on a mini-split. There were quite a few repairs needed, as it was no longer cooling efficiently. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was back the next day to complete several repairs needed + a cleaning. He was very thorough and the unit is now working great.

Ricardo has also been out to our house a few times for maintenance and cleaning, and has done great work. All of our experiences with Haller have been great so far and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Brandon and his team did phenomenal on our full home mini split installation! They showed up early and ready to get to work! At the end of the day we learned they were offered the opportunity to leave at 4 and come back on Monday but chose to stay until they were done so we’d have a good cooling system for the heat that is coming! We had looked into multiple companies and are so thankful that we ultimately chose to go with Haller.

Dustin showed up on time as scheduled for the HVAC service. He was very professional and took the time to explain ways to improve the performance of our HVAC unit. He also provided helpful details about installing a smart thermostat when we asked. Throughout the service he was very thorough, and thanks to his work we feel ready for the summer heat wave if one comes.

Technician was very prompt and courteous. Preventive maintenance of air conditioning unit was completed with thorough inspection of hardware and full cleaning. Updated service contract for additional yearly coverage.
