He was very open and honest about his recommendation on how to make a necessary repair for the long term vs a short-term fix. It would also be substantially more cost effective than he could provide. Haller Plumbing technician Gabriel H. came to my home to replace my main water shut-off valve. Gabe has performed plumbing work in my house multiple times. He is good at what he does, for sure. He is very professional, efficient, friendly, and patient. Gabe is an excellent representative for Haller Enterprises.

Although Nate was here for routine maintenance of my heat pump system, he observed during the service that my water heater’s expansion tank was leaking. Even though it was just installed about a year ago, it had sprung a leak in the bottom. Nate replaced the expansion tank with a new one. Everything was under warranty or is covered by my annual membership. Therefore it didn’t cost me anything today. Nate did an excellent, excellent job. Haller is fortunate to have employees like Nate!

Vincent replaced our hot water heater. He worked his tail off. Did a fabulous job. Kept us informed every step of the way. Stayed well past the end of his workday to make sure everything was working, and fix a leak he found in our water pipe once he was finished. Even fixed the vent system because the plumbers who installed our original water heater, had too long of a run of pipework installed at the wrong angle, and he wanted to make sure that didn't effect our new water heaters performance or safety. This was our third encounter with Vincent, he has been great at every service.

He was flexible in coordinating his visit while I was away from the house and other contractors were working there. We were investigating a suspected leak in a roughly 130-year-old cast-iron drainpipe. Tyler carefully discussed several possible approaches, including stenting, epoxy repair, and replacement. Given the potential scope of the work, which might have involved opening walls and replacing a substantial section of pipe, he prudently suggested involving a senior supervisor before proceeding. Ultimately, another plumber removed the second-floor toilet, discovered that the defect was readily accessible, and repaired it with epoxy on the spot. This spared us what I had feared might become an enormously expensive and disruptive project. I can only evaluate Tyler’s initial consultation, which was very satisfactory. I’m giving four stars because the ideal outcome would have been identifying and repairing the accessible defect during that first visit. Nevertheless, I appreciated Tyler’s professionalism, thoughtful advice, and willingness to seek additional expertise rather than rush into a major repair.
