Daniel was an absolute life saver. My toilet and bathtub had backed up with sewage. Yuck…Daniel came into our home with positivity and a can-do spirit . He walked around the inside and outside to do his preliminary assessment. After, he informed me of how he was going to tackle the problem. He was successful and I was relieved. Also, I contacted two other companies for emergency services to no avail. Haller came to my family's rescue when we were in dire straights. Therefore, they have a customer for life and I would highly recommend their services.

The service technician that came was excellent
The technician, Adam, was excellent. He explained what the problems were, and showed me the problems on my outdoor fan. He was very patient and polite. I am hard of hearing, so he spoke louder. He fixed everything, and thought of solutions that had not been mentioned to me before – like using a 2" filter instead of a 1" filter to possibly cut down on filter changes (since I cannot change them myself). He also explained how the $24/month plan worked, and set me up for that when I decided to go with it. He answered all my questions. Adam is an excellent Haller employee.
