Chris was our technician. He was very respectful, and asked if there was anything that I had questions about. I could tell that he had good work ethics. I then trusted that he was doing a great job.

Got replacement digital thermostat through the warranty. Came back a day later and installed thermostat. Thomas was very good and knowledgeable tech.

We have received service visits from two of Haller’s service technicians, and in each case, the tech was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Deana was the first technician to come to our aid on a day when it seemed like our AC unit had died, and, of course, this happened in the middle of August during what was the first hot spell of the year. I was sure we were looking at needing to have the unit replaced then and there, but she managed to resuscitate the old unit and had us cooling off by later that evening. Jared, the next tech to visit us managed to clean up our unit and increase its efficiency even further, and while we know we’ll have to replace it soon, Haller at least managed to get us through the hottest part of the year with our existing AC unit. And when it is time to replace it, you can be assured that we’ll trust Haller with that, as well. We’re expecting another maintenance visit today, and hopefully we’ll get a better sense of when we need to schedule that installation., but we wanted to add a review of the experiences we’ve already had with this. Company, and say, “Thanks, Haller!”

Annual Furnace and Hot Water Check up – Tech was thorough and pleasant!

From Oct 18 of needing my very old heating unit checked for not working – Jason was great at giving me all the info & helping me understand the problem & giving me options for a solution. Then on the following day I had Robert who was here to look at my old furnace & give me info on a new furnace & we discussed a new hot water heater since I asked about it as well for I knew it probably needed replaced. He also explained the financing that I asked about & he was good at answering all questions. So we got it all set up & that Friday Oct 23 our work for it all had begun. Matthew was here to start all the work. He & Chad were nice & polite & also answered any questions I had. They did a great job & cleaned up the area & they took out my old items & disposed of them for me. Every person from the start of calling to the end was great in communication, kind & didn't make one feel like an idiot for asking any questions. Thank you to everyone involved.

Goodco/Haller is a great company with courteous, polite, friendly service people. Ron checked everything and gave me a heads up on a not-yet-a-problem but-could-soon-be-a-big-problem. Whenever I need repairs or maintenance, I know who to call.

Haller sent a very professional and efficient team to do our AC/Furnace installation. They removed and installed the units in 6 1/2 hours with minimal disruption and left their work area cleaner than when they came in!

Haller has updated some of their communications. I received confirmation of my online booking. A text with picture of who was coming. Another text to state employee was on the way. If you are looking out for safety, I can't recommend a better company. I have been using Haller services for about 10 years. Haller has been great about everything. I know some of you are going to say expensive. I have never needed a second visit for anything that they fixed. Done once and done right. Thank you!

Always prompt service with friendly and professional technicians. Did full maintenence on my hvac system and corrected a leak for no cost. May not always be the cheapest, but guaranteed to be early or on time, available when you need it, and expertise you cannot diminish

As ususl, Haller's scheduled twice yearly preventative maintenance was done professionally, with polite on time and informed people. They do seem to be better than the usual home service people as they are usually more open, and informed and often quite knowledgeable about their area of service. Excellent electrical service! The electrician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the work in under an hour. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. Best of all, the price was very affordable with no surprise charges. Professional, efficient, and reliable service from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done and will definitely use them again in the future!
