Will my billing or payment plan change?

For any upcoming or reoccurring billing you have with us, you will see the name change to “Haller Enterprises” starting in September. Other than the name, your payment amounts and service schedule will not change.

Will I still see the same Bovard team?

Yes! The technicians and staff you’ve come to rely on are staying right where they are—serving you with the same care and expertise, now with Haller support and resources.

What happens to my Bovard service plan or warranty?

All service plans and warranties remain valid through their original terms. No interruptions.

You can still reach out through the same contact channels for any support. Our team is ready to help with any questions, scheduling, or service needs you have.

Do I need to reschedule or re-confirm upcoming appointments?

Eric and Donnie did a fine, professional job. Only thing I'd change was the sales person should have asked about keeping our existing wifi thermostat. At the end of the installation Eric had to replace ours and remove theirs.
Today a year later Trenton came by, could not have been better. He looked at the problem and we discussed how to handle it. Perfect!

Arrived on time, pleasant, thoroughly assessed the situation, made his professional recommendations, and didn’t try to upsell me on any extra repairs that weren’t urgent, and actually let us know that the wiring situation didn’t require an expensive replacement or re-wiring, just someone comfortable with that specific wiring and hardware layout. Would call them again.
