I’d give more stars if possible. Our AC stopped working. Haller serviced our area and had great ratings so I went with that. This company came out quickly, sent the technician’s name & photograph before he arrived followed by a phone call to be sure I was aware. Very pleasant gentleman arrived & quickly got us comfortable again. It was 86 in the house. Quite honestly I was extremely impressed. That’s rare in this day & age when customer service just doesn’t matter anywhere.

I was so pleased with the service I was provided by Marty G at Haller this morning. I called around in a panic yesterday after getting home to a very warm house on a very hot day. I had reached out to a few other companies prior to being referred to Haller and they couldn’t get out til Sunday or Monday. To my happy surprise, Marty was here right on time at 8am and had my unit diagnosed & repaired in under an hour. He was kind, honest, and efficient all while treating me like a friend.
