The technician, Jesse, was great. He was very thorough in explaining the issue I was having as well as the possible solutions he was recommending. He was personable, polite and very knowledgeable while explaining things in a way I would understand. He made recommendations without making me feel like he was trying to sell me something. Today we had Nate G from Haller Enterprises install a new whole home dehumidifier and also fix the heat exchanger on our furnace. This was an all day job to complete these two items and he really did a great job! We were very pleased with the Nate’s work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Everything seems to be working great and we are very happy to have both of these issues taken care of. We would highly recommend both Haller Enterprises and specifically Nate G!
