I contracted with Haller to do annual maintenance on our home generator. They come annually for a checkup and also if something breaks down during the year. I. Pay $500 for an annual fee. The office personnel who schedule service are very personably and respectful, and the service repair folks have been great. Connor W has been our service person several times now, and he’s great – efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the office folks who communicate well with reminders and also will try to schedule things to get done faster if the roster changes, etc. Connor, for instance, was able to come a little earlier today, so I’m not stuck here at home waiting as is so often the case in other circumstances. Very pleased with service, and have peace of mind that this generator will last through thick and thin thanks to Haller.

Your guys came out to do routine maintenance on my minisplits that Deluxe had pit in 3 years,ago. They did a great job, and showed me how to clean the filters inbetween them coming. They also cleaned a minisplit my husband had put in for me. They did a wonderful job!

Phil was exceptional in helping us with our electrical issue for our rentals during this heat wave. He stayed after we were reconnected to main power, and stabilized our rentals. So grateful I called him today. We were on vacation with family, and he took care of everything so we could stay. Such knowledge of electricity!!! We will be calling him from now on for any issues we have, and genuinely the nicest, calm person who went above and beyond a service call…
