We called for a yearly HVAC service. The guy Ricardo came. He was extremely nice, knew what he was doing. Very kind and polite. The lady who scheduled the appointment was super kind and friendly. It has been the best experience I ever had getting my yearly service. I would recommend Haller to anyone.
Annual service completed on heat pump and furnace. Technician Jaren B. performed the service. He will return with manager to assist in maintenance of steam humidifier. He was polite and punctual.

During a yearly pre heat system maintenance visit a problem was noticed with the Emergency heat unit. It was ordered and replaced and is now working after a period of troubleshooting. Turned out one of the coils was touching the side of the housing causing one of the breakers to trip. Mistah Williams stuck with it and discovered and fixed the issue. Nicely done!
The technician listened to my questions, and provided answers that were very helpful. He serviced the tankless water heater, and instructed me as to how to drain the 55 gal holding tank.

Your guys came out to do routine maintenance on my minisplits that Deluxe had pit in 3 years,ago. They did a great job, and showed me how to clean the filters inbetween them coming. They also cleaned a minisplit my husband had put in for me. They did a wonderful job!
