Omar & Carlos were totally professional, efficient and effective. They found the problem and communicated the solution and cost of repair. It’s not their problem that the price of the repair was extremely high and quite frankly, excessive. That wasn’t their call. Basically it cost $800 for them to install a $200 condensate pump — which is not a difficult installation. But I really was not in a strong bargaining position — it’s over 100° now and will be for at least the next 2-3 days. I bit the bullet and paid the price. I needed the A/C functioning.
Haller was very professional and informative throughout the process. They even paid for me to stay in a hotel because it was so hot out during the install.
Your guys came out to do routine maintenance on my minisplits that Deluxe had pit in 3 years,ago. They did a great job, and showed me how to clean the filters inbetween them coming. They also cleaned a minisplit my husband had put in for me. They did a wonderful job!
