It is with great excitement and pride that we announce the promotion of Kenny Rogers to the position of President for Haller Enterprises. Kenny has been an invaluable member of our team since March of 1999, and his journey with us has been nothing short of remarkable.
Over the course of his two-decade tenure at Haller, Kenny has held various roles, each contributing to his well-rounded expertise and leadership skills. Beginning as an HVAC technician, Kenny was quickly known for his dedication and exceptional work ethic, which earned him the “H Team” award for excellence in the workplace. He has since achieved significant milestones, including obtaining the National Standard Master Mechanical License, a testament to his vast knowledge and commitment to the industry.
In 2004, Kenny took on the role of New Construction HVAC Manager, where he showcased his ability to navigate complex projects and deliver outstanding results. During the challenging times of the 2008 recession, he stepped up as a Branch Manager, displaying his resilience and adaptability. In 2013, Kenny became the General Manager of Branch Operations, overseeing six branches across central and eastern PA. In this position, he implemented strategic initiatives, mentored branch managers, provided valuable technician training, and played an integral role in several successful acquisitions.
Kenny’s ability to solve problems swiftly and effectively, coupled with his forward-thinking mindset, has earned him a reputation as a decisive leader. He is dedicated to supporting and building a cohesive team of hardworking employees who share his unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, family is important to Kenny. He and his wife have two teenage children.
