My kitchen and dining room lights had been out for three days. Today I switched the circuit breaker off and on. That resulted in a burning smell in my kitchen. My deck outlet melted and charred. I called Heller at 9:22. Mike was at my home at 1:13 and the job was done by 3:12. I’m grateful for the timely and efficient service! Excellent service from start to finish.

Service guys were great. Ricardo and I believe the other tech was Steve, we’re very personable and polite. Did what I needed done on the preventative maintenance on my A/C. i did think it was a little pricey, but what isn’t nowadays, running a company is not cheap . I will request them when it’s time to have the furnace checked out and cleaned. I hope Haller recognizes their employees and passes this along to them.
