What happens to my service plan, maintenance agreement, or warranty?

All current Goodco plans and warranties are still valid. There’s no action needed on your part. As part of Haller, you’ll also have access to expanded service offerings and enhanced plan options.

Will anything change with how I’m billed?

You’ll begin to see “Haller Enterprises” on your invoices and credit card statements. However, your billing amounts, due dates, and service schedules will remain unchanged.

Will there be service delays or changes to scheduled appointments?

The technician, Jesse, was great. He was very thorough in explaining the issue I was having as well as the possible solutions he was recommending. He was personable, polite and very knowledgeable while explaining things in a way I would understand. He made recommendations without making me feel like he was trying to sell me something. I would absolutely use you guys again and would highly recommend your company. Jesse fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.

Today we had Nate G from Haller Enterprises install a new whole home dehumidifier and also fix the heat exchanger on our furnace. This was an all day job to complete these two items and he really did a great job! We were very pleased with the Nate’s work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Everything seems to be working great and we are very happy to have both of these issues taken care of. We would highly recommend both Haller Enterprises and specifically Nate G!
