Donovan Carrero was the lead technician on the installation of my new Carrier HVAC system. He was outstanding in every aspect from much of the ductwork and wiring inside the furnace. Within 8 hours of arrival, the system was complete and operating. Great job!!

Steven did a super repair job. He accurately diagnosed the problem and repaired the mini-split in the shop. He returned quickly and reinstalled the system. He kept his cool while keeping us cool.

The services completed by Thomas W. were thorough and comprehensive. He took the time to show and explain what he was doing and why he reasoning.

Service techs are all very nice. Prices are high and I now shop around for related services. I like to get quotes to do work but it seems now you are charged a service call just to get quotes.

Normally I fix my own plumbing. But this leak was 16' above ground inside an outside overhang. Trenton from Haller had to go through a lot of effort and ladders to fix the leak. Expertly done and friendly staff. Significant water damage and not a pleasant experience but Haller came to our rescue. I highly recommend them!
Edit: Used them a second time for a bathtub faucet replacement. Daniel did top quality work and was a joy to encounter. This was a fairly difficult repair. A quality repair. The cost was also less than half the estimate of a local "handyman".

I’d give more stars if possible. Our AC stopped working. Haller serviced our area and had great ratings so I went with that. This company came out quickly, sent the technician’s name & photograph before he arrived followed by a phone call to be sure I was aware. Very pleasant gentleman arrived & quickly got us comfortable again. It was 86 in the house. Quite honestly I was extremely impressed. That’s rare in this day & age when customer service just doesn’t matter anywhere.

The technician, Tyler, was exceptional ! He took his time to clearly explain his findings and made recommendations for both current and future resolve. He was vert thorough.

Later, after learning of options and my need to have AC unit replaced , Luke as an apprentice with seasoned employee, Kelly, did a great job explaining the workings of my new unit and offered maintenance tips as well. They were both very thorough.

As always Haller employees show up on time. They are skilled and conscientious. They are good communicators and keep you in the loop as they proceed. Trenton was great!

We were having issues with a furnace in its second year. Jared came out several times to troubleshoot and eventually our entire system was replaced. He was very patient, had a very thorough and systematic approach to each service. We appreciated his open communication and persistence in solving our issue.
