I had an amazing experience with Haller Electrical and cannot recommend them enough. The technician Theodore K. who came to my home was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my light fixture, repaired it thoroughly, and carefully verified that everything was working perfectly before leaving. He took the time to explain both the situation and the repairs clearly, which I truly appreciated.On top of fixing the immediate problem, the technician went above and beyond by answering several questions about future projects I want to complete, even though they weren't related to the service call. My kitchen and dining room lights had been out for three days. Today I switched the circuit breaker off and on. That resulted in a burning smell in my kitchen. My deck outlet melted and charred. I called Heller at 9:22. Mike was at my home at 1:13 and the job was done by 3:12. I’m grateful for the timely and efficient service! Excellent service from start to finish.

Service guys were great. Ricardo and I believe the other tech was Steve, we’re very personable and polite. Did what I needed done on the preventative maintenance on my A/C. i did think it was a little pricey, but what isn’t nowadays, running a company is not cheap . I will request them when it’s time to have the furnace checked out and cleaned. I hope Haller recognizes their employees and passes this along to them.
