No—Bovard is now part of Haller Enterprises, but the legacy continues. This is not a closure—it’s an evolution into a stronger, more resource-rich version of the company you already know and trust.

Will my billing or payment plan change?

For any upcoming or reoccurring billing you have with us, you will see the name change to “Haller Enterprises” starting in September. Other than the name, your payment amounts and service schedule will not change.

Will I still see the same Bovard team?

Yes! The technicians and staff you’ve come to rely on are staying right where they are—serving you with the same care and expertise, now with Haller support and resources.

What happens to my Bovard service plan or warranty?

All service plans and warranties remain valid through their original terms. No interruptions.

Who do I contact now for service or billing questions?

You can still reach out through the same contact channels for any support. Our team is ready to help with any questions, scheduling, or service needs you have.

Do I need to reschedule or re-confirm upcoming appointments?

Not at all. All existing appointments will be honored as scheduled, and new appointments will continue to be made as they have been. You don’t need to do anything differently.

Haller was fabulous yet again! Unfortunately, we had to replace our mini split system due to no fault of the original installation (GoodCo). From the initial technicians that visited, diagnosed our issue and provided repair/replacement options to Nate who provided a comprehensive explanation of a new system installation, everyone has been great to interact with. The day after our install we experienced an issue with our unit and Paul, the field team leader, came out quickly and immediately remedied the issue. Always courteous and keep a clean work area. Our one issue is with the call center. They aren't personal nor exceptionally helpful. Thankfully we work around them and contact service or sales directly. Fix that issue and you've got a winning team!!
