No—Bovard is now part of Haller Enterprises, but the legacy continues. This is not a closure—it’s an evolution into a stronger, more resource-rich version of the company you already know and trust.

Will my billing or payment plan change?

For any upcoming or reoccurring billing you have with us, you will see the name change to “Haller Enterprises” starting in September. Other than the name, your payment amounts and service schedule will not change.

Will I still see the same Bovard team?

Yes! The technicians and staff you’ve come to rely on are staying right where they are—serving you with the same care and expertise, now with Haller support and resources.

What happens to my Bovard service plan or warranty?

All service plans and warranties remain valid through their original terms. No interruptions.

Who do I contact now for service or billing questions?

You can still reach out through the same contact channels for any support. Our team is ready to help with any questions, scheduling, or service needs you have.

Do I need to reschedule or re-confirm upcoming appointments?

Not at all. All existing appointments will be honored as scheduled, and new appointments will continue to be made as they have been. You don’t need to do anything differently.

John from Haller came to diagnose and fix our toilet. It ended up needing a new flapper and flow valve etc. He needed to go out and buy the parts since he had just used the last one he had on a previous job. Once he returned, it only took him a short amount of time to finish the job. He explained everything he did and was polite. I would recommend John as a plumber and Haller. I am a member of Haller’s One Call club and I have used them for Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical services.

Highly recommended! Unlike my previous old home pipes, this company is a well oiled machine. Called first thing in the morning (before my cup of coffee) and spoke to a very nice lady, who got me scheduled that day for a plumber to come out and remove the roots in my water line. These guys are clean, reliable, and professional. They replaced my entire HVAC, when it broke, my water heater, when that broke, and they fixed clog in my kitchen sink when too many egg shells went down the disposal and clogged it. They come in and check stuff out every six months and the guy they send is always nice. They are still great.

They are still, over 15 years later, super great.

We have a hybrid water heater that Haller installed 2/2025. We love it. 3/2026 it began to beep. We learned it was the reminder for yearly service. Brian L. Was the tech and did a great job doing the yearly service. I went to see how things were going and he was packing up to leave. All of sudden the water heater beep! I said to Brian L. that he needs to turn off the service warning beeping. The response was, “I don’t know how to do that.” Seems he was going to leave without taking care of it. So, I pointed out the toll free number to the manufacturer that’s on the water heater and handed him the installation/instruction book and said, “let’s figure this out.” He did, only because I happen to hear it beeping.
