I had an issue with my geothermal where in was reading a water flow issue & causing my unit to run on emergency back up heat. That cost me $900 last months electric bill.
I had another company come out yesterday & all they did was clear the error message. The problem happened again 45 mins after her left.
I called Haller & they came today. The did a through evaluation of the pumps water flow, electrical to make sure all parts of unit were working within normal parameters.
They increased water flow to accommodate the severe cold this winter & the unit has been working fine for several hours now.
Hallers guys were knowledgeable & professional. I will go to Haller for all other HVAC issues.
Issue came back 2 weeks later & Haller came back increased water volume in ground loop. Hopefully that solved the issue.

Got answers to concerns I had and solved any problems with boiler. Very helpful with concerns. Thanks again.

He quickly diagnosed the problems with our HVAC system, explained everything in simple terms and laid out our options without ever making us feel pressured.
