The Haller Enterprises technician Justin Neff showed up on time during the specified 4-hour window to perform our Spring maintenance service and checkup on our 10 year old Trane air conditioning system. Everything checked out perfectly, just as I had hoped for, especially after I had replaced the fan motor and the capacitor at this same time last year. Hopefully that preventive maintenance recommended by our Haller technician last year during the Spring maintenance checkup is having its intended effect of extending the lifespan of our Trane HVAC system. Justin did recommend that we consider installing a surge protector for the air conditioning system but I then told him that we had just had a whole home surge protector installed in our electrical panel only a month ago and Justin agreed that should provide all the protection we need.

The technician Safwan arrived on time as scheduled. He was very personable and reviewed what he was doing while providing the routine scheduled maintenance. I would recommend Haller for this and other services as I have had installation work completed by them as well.
