Through our partnership with HomeX, Haller Enterprises is now providing our customers the ability to speak to a licensed technician over the phone or through video chat. Our HomeX Remote Assist technicians can assess and diagnose your home’s issues and sometimes help fix them without the hassle of a home visit. If your Remote Assist expert determines you need a service visit, we’ll send a technician. They’ll already be briefed on exactly what’s wrong and have the right tools and parts to get started right away.

From complicated issues like system error codes or a lack of cool air from your air conditioner to easier fixes such as programming your thermostat or changing a filter, our Remote Assist technicians are working alongside our Customer Care Team to provide you with the best solutions – keeping your home safe while saving you time and money.

How Does It Work?

Call Us

Our Customer Care team member will ask you about the problem you are experiencing, and in some cases, resolve the issue. If not, they will escalate your call to a HomeX Remote Assist expert technician who may suggest a video call for further diagnosis.

Video Chat

If needed, a HomeX Remote Assist technician can diagnose more complicated issues over a video call. You can download the HomeX app or use the link sent to you via text message or email to hop on the video call. From there, you’ll have a virtual face-to-face conversation with a HomeX Remote Assist expert to help point out your problem, work through the situation, and determine a potential solution. Your technician can point to and circle specific items for a smooth experience.

How Much Does Remote Assist Cost?

Members: If you are a One Call Club member, we have committed to providing HomeX Remote Assist free as a part of your membership.

Non-Members: If you are not a member, HomeX Remote Assist offers free diagnoses of your home repair issues. If they are able to fix the issue virtually, HomeX will charge either $20, $35, or $50, depending on the size of the project. It’s that easy. You can also consider becoming a member— maintenance plans start at $14 a month and include unlimited access to HomeX Remote Assist, in addition to benefits like discounted rates and priority service.
