My air conditioner was repaired by Neffsville, but it failed again in just over a month. When it stopped working, I was told it would be four days before they could come back out (it’s 101 degree outside!).

I called Haller Enterprises instead, and they had a technician at my home within 24 hours. Jesse B. was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair. He diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair efficiently.

Hands down Heller enterprises is one of the best HVAC and all around utility companies out there. Their text and appointment system is top notch. When there are delays they let me know immediately unlike other places that keep you hanging out with no word on what's happening. Technicians are sharp, polite always cover their feet with wraps to protect floors and they really know their stuff.

The technician Nicholas showed up on time as all Haller technicians do! We needed a leak fixed under our kitchen sink and a new faucet installed. The leak was coming from the garbage disposal and asked him if it could be taken out and replace just with plumbing for that side of the sink. He gave me great prices and performed the work in about three hours and was very thorough and cleaned up all the way out to the front door.

Vincent replace our water heater with a tankless one. He is a extremely polite gentleman and explained all things very well. He work long and hard and did a couple extra jobs while here. I would not hesitate to ask for him for anything else needed. Thank You Vincent

Update 1/2026: I continue to be impressed with Haller and their professionalism and capability. They take the time to explain what's going on and why something should or shouldn't be replaced. The One Call Club continually pays for itself every year!
We have had our system (installed by Haller) for a few years now and use the annual maintenance contract. The last three visits from Haller have been by the same gentleman and he's been absolutely fantastic to work with. He has taken the time to explain options, why something should or shouldn't be addressed immediately and has answered every single question I've had about our system. I'm curious about mechanicals and ask a LOT of questions so it takes a little to get through the answer sometimes. They have always been professional and respectful of my home and cleaned up after they were completed their work. I have recommended Haller to several of my family and friends because its rare that a company is always this easy to work and deal with. I'm going to be a long term customer for sure and am happy I decided to go with Haller for my HVAC installation. Thanks for the awesome experience!!

Haller came out and helped me with an electrical issue I had. They came in the evening, patiently described my issue and helped me understand my electrical box. I appreciate the help Jason B. Gave us!

This is an experience for Haller in summer of 2020:
I have a heat pump. It sucks and blows, I know, I’ve heard the jokes.

But we had an issue recently where our heat worked but our AC only blew hot air. Steve Wakefield, one of the techs from Haller, came out to see what the problem was. He spent several hours with me helping me understand the issue and informed me that the best option would be to replace the unit.

One thing I need to mention — this was a second opinion. The first HVAC company told me that it was busted and the only option was a full install, so I was quoted for a price between 8k – 10k for a heat pump install. Normally a fullInstall would be necessary, but Steve, who provided me with my second opinion, was able to call a supplier right at my house and confirm that they had my outdoor unit in stock and it was compatible with the basement unit.

I then got a quote for a full install just in case; they did everything virtually due to COVID, but it was so seamless. The full install option would be $600 less than the competitor with additional services included!

I have been amazed by Haller’s service and Steve’s desire to really go the extra mile to help me understand my decision.

He was on time,he let me know exactly what he was doing. He'd showed me what the problem was and what could happen. He was very thoughtful and informative and of course very friendly. Yes, I would recommend him to my home 🏡. That's why I like having Haller Enterprise for my home needs.

Did a great job on our AC installation

We had annual maintenance performed on our air conditioning and then had to make a call later in the week for our garbage disposal. Both times our technicians, Brayden and Trenton, were polite, professional, on time, and efficient. Even the receptionist was on point with our issue, courteous, and a pleasure to speak with.

Each technician provided follow-up advice and key things to be watchful of. We are beyond pleased with the services Haller provides as well as their staff and technicians. The service fee is reasonable and the maintenance contract we have for our A/C is a cost saver.

Gabe from Haller Enterprises arrived promptly when scheduled. He listened carefully to my questions/concerns and then made an honest effort to find answers/solutions. Although no immediate resolution to the main issue was found, Gabe promised to continue his search on his own and contact me promptly when he had success.

I used Haller Enterprise to replace some plumbing and was very pleased.

Needed emergency service and they were there within a few hours. Great service. Friendly and efficient.

Brandon did a great job replacing a shower valve. He also cleaned up after the job was complete. We will definitely use Haller in the future.
