Complimenting Haller's tech Jonathan Avila who has provided installation and maintenance services for my buildings many times. His concern for customer needs is evident right from the start. He wants to know how you think your system is doing. His work is very thorough backed up by photos of each thing he found that needed attention. I had an appointment mid visit
but Jonathan clearly explained everything to my wife backed up by his photo record.
I was able to review and understand his work later w/ the photos attached to my digital receipt.
My estimates were just as thorough. I am glad Jonathan is our service tech.

I was so pleased with the service I was provided by Marty G at Haller this morning. I called around in a panic yesterday after getting home to a very warm house on a very hot day. I had reached out to a few other companies prior to being referred to Haller and they couldn’t get out til Sunday or Monday. Haller’s website was easy to schedule and I was able to secure a 8-12 window the following morning. To my happy surprise, Marty was here right on time at 8am and had my unit diagnosed & repaired in under an hour. He was kind, honest, and efficient all while treating me like a friend. Marty also recommended an annual service plan that was affordable & reasonable. His customer service made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Now all is right in the world- cool air blowing while I can relax on a hot Saturday. Thanks again, Marty & Haller!!

Very expensive but worth it due to excellent work performed.

We had a live downed power line for about 10 days after a storm on July 4th. Very concerning with pets and children in our neighborhood but couldn’t find anyone to help us including the power company.
Called Haller. Jason showed up the same day, reattached the downed line to our house, and provided a temporary hook up. The following day Haller coordinated with the power company to complete the job.
More expensive than an estimate we had in hand but have to give them credit for showing up and helping us out. Thanks.

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU HAVE A CAT OR ANIMAL GET STUCK IN YOUR VENT. I want to sincerely thank the people at baller enterprises for their incredible response to my emergency situation. We recently moved into a new house, and are unfamiliar with how the AC vent system is set up. My youngest cat somehow pulled a floor vent up and got himself lost/stuck for hours. My wife and I were besides ourselves and no one could help or cared when calling around, until we called haller. They mobilized a team and gave me a game plan of how we were going to go about finding him as this was not their first time dealing with this type of situation. I got lucky enough that he was able to find his way back out but the people at haller wasted no time getting people over to help and making me feel much more calm while I waited. If this happens to you, please don’t waste time calling around. Just call Haller. They will get you the help you are looking for. I have my cat back and couldn’t be more happy with how they handled themselves. Thank you Haller and especially Christy.

If I could give no stars, I would. I called them out because my ac compressor wasn’t turning on. Tech came was here about 30 mins or less. Replaced the capacitor which he said was the issue. But I’m positive he knew the real issue! Which was very clearly right in front of him. He left and I had to call them to send him back, because it did not fix the issue. $652 for a replacement capacitor for him to come back a second time and show us the COMPRESSOR had come unplugged inside the condenser unit. I stated I seen the plug on the floor of the condenser unit BEFORE he came. Never once the first time did he mention the compressor was unplugged. I’m quite sure he knew exactly what the issue was but blamed the capacitor in order for me to pay $652. I feel like I’ve been ripped off! I will change my review when they make it right! I was forced to pay for a part I didn’t need, and to add to it. I wasn’t made aware of the cost being $652 until AFTER the capacitor was replaced. I paid almost $700 and I was mislead and lied to! I have children and I work so hard for someone to legally rob me is diabolical! Who do I speak too? Who can make this right? Because this is wrong! When he left the first time, he said “you’ll be calling me again tomorrow” and then suddenly that small statement made so much sense!
