I’m very happy with the service very professional
But you give us a Four hour window and he is still late. We have better things to do than sit around and wait for four hours and then him being late.
I do not believe He was the problem you have to do a better job of scheduling

My grandfather and I were helped by a man named Jesse Brubaker, who was sent out to check out our ac system in a rental house that my grandfather owns and I run. He was extremely polite and helpful in explaining everything going on and broke down all the options we had available. I had to call my grandfather before making any final decisions and my grandfather called him back to ask a few questions since I'm not as well versed in those systems. Jesse went beyond the typical expectancy of doing exactly what is required to do and no more, and instead took time to check things thoroughly which saved us money and time on fixing things that may not have ever been an issue! Thank you Jesse for being so helpful and earnest in our interaction! I'd hope he gets some kind of recognition from the company for being an outstanding employee and making a customer very happy with the service and the personal experience.

I would highly recommend Daniel from Haller Plumbing. I think he's honest and knows his job very well. The amount that I paid was reasonable. 5 star experience for me

Shane Kiefer performed my annual pm service for our water heater, water softener and whole house filter. He did his usual outstanding job today and answered several questions we had. Shane is an awesome ambassador for Haller Enterprises and he gets a five star rating from me every visit.

Austin Black performed the annual pm service on our furnace. Austin was very knowledgeable, efficient and did a great job informing us of his work summary plus answered several questions we had.
I gave Austin a five star rating and I continue to value the benefits of having Haller Enterprises service our HVAC system as well as the major water appliances .
May 28 Nate serviced our home AC unit. Nate was very helpful and passed along good information. I have always enjoyed the service visits by our Haller technicians.

Shane replaced our water heater. We are finding hotter water and more shower pressure. Thanks Shane.

I had the pleasure to meet RON when I recently had my Mitsubishi system maintained.
He was very friendly , professional & very experienced in everything he did to make sure my system was in excellent shape & even offered alot of services that I wasn't even aware of!
I sure hope that when I need service again, that RON is the technician that gets assigned.

Matt K was great! He was thorough, respectful, and patient with my 50lb puppy! I would recommend Haller for his HVAC work. Where I did have a small problem, is I called for an issue with my electrical
box and they sent an HVAC worker. It all worked out in the end as I was having issues with my furnace.

Completed regular maintenance and provided thorough review of the service completed and helpful recommendations.

Matt is an Outstanding service technician and it was our pleasure having him do the work on our Garage electrical unit.
