Don Humenik was our technician. He came with another technician, I think his name was Larry though did not get a last name. I could not ask for a more professional, helpful and friendly experience. We just moved into our house which had one prepaid maintenance visit left from the previous owners. They honored that last maintenance check and so there was no fee to us. That says a lot about how they do business. Because of that, and reinforced by Don and Larry, I signed onto their yearly maintenance agreement. I feel like I finally have a trustworthy, competent, and fairly priced company to work with. Other companies I’ve dealt with in the past have hit one or two of those, maybe good to work with but really expensive. I feel like Haller hits all the marks.

Jared Simington is an excellent technician representing Haller Enterprises, we will be asking for him in the event that we have HVAC issues. There was no charge because our AC was installed last year.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the experience we had with Haller from the very beginning. We needed a complete air-conditioning hybrid heating system removed and replaced, which consisted of a heat pump and furnace. Everything that the salesman, Teddy, told us would be taken care of was done so and more. Three technicians, Kaz, Mike and X from Haller completed this monster job in one day. The work was performed expertly, professionally, and on time!!! They did a fantastic job and were very polite, extremely knowledgeable and respectful!!! We are so happy that we chose Haller to renew our hybrid heating air conditioning system.

Jared was on time, repaired and replaced our pump on our air conditioning unit and was very professional. He also explained the problem and explained what the solution was and then did what was needed.

Jason Balcer of Haller Enterprises was great. Jason was quick replacing our old bathroom overhead light with exhaust fan and changed the switch to work both light and exhaust instead of the two switches we initially had.

Jared was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to ensure I understood what he was seeing and what needed to get done to have my AC up and running again. He gave me helpful tips for maintaining the system. All around, it was a great encounter with Jared and the Haller Enterprises team.
