We just had a service check done on our AC unit. Our technician, Jonathan was very courteous and thorough.

Very helpful and nice. Gave me a quote right away. Told me to research other quotes before making my final decision.

Jared explained everything he checked on or furnace as he worked. I was very happy with his service.

Technician was as always extremely courteous and took time to answer and explain all my stupid questions and concerns to me.
My wife is very happy with them because unlike me they clean up after themselves.

Carlos did an excellent job in servicing our water heater and forced air furnace. He was very professional and very thorough and all the steps he took to make sure our two systems are operating properly. I enjoyed the additional information that he provided and showing how both systems are operating properly and the maintenance that they provided to ensure their continued proper use.

Triangle installed our small commercial system in 2016 and we've been experiencing failures nearly every year since. We kept trying to get them to send somebody to root cause the system for the failures, but every time they would just come out and replace the same blown fuse or a wire and send us a bill for ~$1000. We tried communicating our need for a real solution with the main office, but it just sent us to a call center in California. Finally gave up on them and had someone from Haller come out to look at the system, and on the first trip they found multiple errors in the system set up, fixed those, and sent us a bill for about 1/3 the cost. At least the positive here is that we found our new, go to HVAC company, with Haller. Thank you, Hunter!

Brian has down all the service and repairs to our HVAC. He is very knowledgeable and handled the maintenance of my HVAC. He very nice to me and wife and the cats. He gave us a few suggestions of how to improve our HVAC as well.

Nevin did an outstanding job diagnosing and solving a problem with thermostats in our HVAC system. He was patient and professional throughout the service visit.

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel Sprague and Haller. I called just before noon for an emergency sewer line issue, and despite it being midday, Daniel arrived around 8:00 PM and worked for nearly four hours to fully resolve the problem. He shared that he had already worked a 16-hour day, yet his professionalism, patience, and dedication never wavered.
