We are excited to raise the bar to new heights for live customer support by offering  our Expert Tech: Remote Assist program to our valued customers. Starting in May, we added NATE Certified HVAC technicians to our Customer Care Group who are ready and willing to help homeowners resolve simple problems over the phone. Having trouble programming your thermostat? Not sure how to change a filter? No air coming out of the vents? Give us a call. Our Expert Techs would be happy to talk to and even Video Chat with you about the problems you are having with your HVAC system. If we cannot fix it over the phone, these Expert Techs will make sure that we schedule a visit from the right technician with the right parts to complete the job as efficiently as possible.
